Biography
I am Miguel Carulla, founder of the band "Caradeluna", born in Düsseldorf in 1959. Half German, half Spanish. I am influenced by the sound and lifestyle of the 80s, the flair of my local bar, Ratinger Hof, and my even earlier hangouts, Cream Cheese, Porkies, Uel and Einhorn. In the 80s I played in various bands and always loved composing and sharing my own songs.
Today I look back on my life musically and express my dreams, wishes, feelings, opinions and moods in songs that I would like to share with nice people who like my songs and maybe find themselves in one or the other song.
My song "Life in Peace" is the pilot song of my first album of the same name and stages nothing less than a strong dream that I have probably shared for many years with 90% of all good-natured, peaceful and thus socially acceptable people who dream of a world in which good prevails over evil, who share their limited time on our beautiful planet Earth in love and peace and want to help make the world more beautiful, fairer and more livable for everyone and banish all kinds of evil from this planet. This basic attitude is the central motivation of Caradeluna, which takes up a lot of space in my songs. The virtual front singer in the Caradeluna band concept is none other than an extraterrestrial observer who has flown into our galaxy and happens to be studying the unknown life form "human" on the colorful planet called Earth from a safe distance.

In addition, other songs tell of pleasant or not so pleasant experiences with people who play and have played a role in my life - including those I only met briefly but who left a lasting impression. And of course my closest family also plays an important musical role.
My motivation is that too many bad people rule the world and exert that negative influence on human life that infects the world with hatred, egoism, war, crime, hunger, intolerance and injustice etc., just as a cancer can destroy a completely healthy organism. The more I see that this reality will not change in the near and distant future, the more I prefer to share my limited time with nice people and those who I love and who love me, while holding on to my dreams of a better world and maintaining the hope that the life form "human" will eventually mature into a socially acceptable species - someday, somehow...
